Oh hey there!
As you can tell, my name is Kristen and i'm a sophomore. I'm a Psychology major but I am thinking about switching to business but I haven't made up my mind yet.  My home is in Lancaster, PA in a little town but my heart resides at the beach. I am a huge Harry Potter nerd and I love sappy romance books. Especially ones by Nicholas Sparks. You can usually find me outside on a nice day reading my kindle. I have a passion for photography. It is one of those things that can take my mind off of anything. Music is in my soul. You can usually find me with my iPod playing with my huge range of music on it. The last book that I read was The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks and I have just begun reading Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. That book is one of my all time favorites. I wanted to take this class to get away from reading the typical textbook because I enjoy reading so much and textbooks just kill that during the school year. I have to say that my past experiences with Literature that I had in school were not ones that I enjoyed. I mean I have read some books that I have enjoyed but the one I can remember that was especially painful to read was Grapes of Wrath. I try to keep an open mind when it comes to literature because I have found that I have liked some of the books I have read. To me literature is something that has to spark an emotion in you. It is a getaway that can take you out of this world and into a whole new one.
